Not everybody who’s good at building homes is good at building credit. So if you’re a broker whom developers trust to find funding, then you are an integral part of the Sharestates community.

We’ll pay you a referral and, more importantly, we’ll ensure that you continue to own the relationship with the borrowers you refer. If they come to us a year from now with new funding needs, we’ll pay you a referral fee for that follow-on business.
