Allen Shayanfekr, Esq.
CEO and Co-founder
Allen Shayanfekr is the CEO and Co-founder of Sharestates, where he led the Company to profitability in just 13 months after launch. Prior to launching Sharestates, Allen joined the Atlantis Organization with Radni and Raymond Y. Davoodi as their National Title Producer and Account Executive, where his real estate career began. Allen received his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Touro Law Center where he graduated in the top 6% of his class and his B.A. in Political Science from New York University. Allen is also currently admitted to practice law in NY and CT.

Chief Compliance Officer & Co-founder
Radni Davoodi is the Chief Compliance Officer and Co-founder of Sharestates. Radni has led Sharestates to being one of the most compliant online CRE lenders in the industry, making sure that investors, borrowers and Sharestates are protected as much as possible. Prior to co-founding Sharestates, Radni and his brother Raymond co-founded the Atlantis Organization–a national title insurance provider servicing real estate professionals in all 50 states, and directly licensed in 32 states. Radni has built a network of several thousand real estate professionals, which has been essential to the growth of Sharestates.

Chief Originations Officer & Co-founder
Raymond Y. Davoodi is the Chief Originations Officer and Co-founder of Sharestates. In addition to his executive position at Sharestates, Raymond is also a Principal at the Atlantis Organization. Raymond has established relationships with high profile firms through the Atlantis network of entities, which has led to the insurance of major projects across the country. Furthermore, Raymond has successfully overseen the acquisition, renovation/construction and sale of various types of real estate properties over the past several years, with a high success rate. Raymond uses his expertise to strategically procure investors and sponsors for the platform.
